Sofa Sessions: Organisation and Time Management

The Academic Skills Team Organisation and Time Management sessions may be the ideal opportunity for you!
Whether you are interested in maximising your time to ensure you meet your personal, professional and academic requirements; or simply wish to enhance the way you organise your learning materials, the sessions will provide a stress-free space for you to develop the skills central to success at university.
These 1-hour, pre-bookable sessions are part of the Sofa Sessions series, where students can cultivate a range of academic skills in a relaxed, informal environment of up to 5 students in each session (which means that you can collaborate in a quiet, peaceful space!).

Sofa Sessions: Exam Ready Series
A series of five sessions, taking a holistic approach to exam preparation with your wellbeing in mind. Topics include:
- Exam wellbeing
- Effective revision techniques, including flashcards, revision clocks and quizzing
- Exam simulation with mock practice papers
- Mindfulness strategies before, during and after exams
Try out new study strategies in a relaxed, small group environment by attending one, or more of the sessions – whichever suits you! Sessions are held on campus or online.
