Reader in Chemical Engineering

Professor Grant Campbell
Professor of Chemical Engineering
His research focuses on cereal process engineering for food, fuel, and chemical applications, emphasising sustainability through cereal-based biorefineries. In 2020 he won IChemE Davidson Medal for Outstanding Mentoring.

Professor Chenyu Du
Professor, Department of Physical and Life Sciences
Chenyu’s current research interests lie in graphene-based composite materials, analytical science, process simulation, and pedagogic theory. He uses innovative teaching approaches on a range of degree courses, including Chemical Engineering and Forensics.
