Reporting Concerns

If a trainee has concerns about the placement, they must immediately contact: 

• Their course tutor.
• Their Personal Academic Tutor (PAT).
• Report any safeguarding concerns immediately to the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
• Trainees should not end a placement without their Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) approval. 
• Health and safety concerns must first be raised with the placement mentor and then reported to their Personal Academic Tutor (PAT).
