Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for the day. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Where do I go when I arrive at the University?
When you arrive at the University, please follow the Open Day signs to our check-in area in Student Central. You can print out a copy of our Campus map to help you find your way around campus on the day.
How do I get there?
Whether you are driving to Huddersfield or using public transport, everything you need to know in order to find us is on our campus location webpage.
Where can I park?
Parking is available free of charge for visitors in Firth Street Car Park. Firth Street Car Park is located to the north of campus between Little Aspley Hall and 3M Buckley Innovation Centre (15 on campus map).

Can I bring my parents/family or friends with me to the Clearing Open Day?
Yes of course, bring as many people as you like.
I am travelling a long distance, where can I stay?
There is plenty of quality accommodation available in and around Huddersfield. There also are a number of hotels close to the University and town centre that you can book.
Does your campus have disabled access?
Yes, the University campus is fully accessible to disabled visitors. There is an Accessible Route Map to help you find these routes around campus. For further information please visit our 'How to find us' webpage.
Can I visit the accommodation on another day as I can't come to the Clearing Open day?
